Eng. Sentongo is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He is in charge of all the electrical and mechanical services in the company. Eng. Sentongo is a Chartered and Registered Senior Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the areas highlighted below.

• Preparation of master plans and feasibility studies.
• Preliminary and final designs for electrical and mechanical building services for multi-storeyed buildings, single storey buildings, schools, hotels, hospitals, health centres, military barracks, industrial facilities, water supply systems, small and micro hydroelectric schemes.
• Design of rural electrification schemes.
• Design of water pumping and solar power refrigeration systems.

Eng. Nelson Boboli Droruga BSc, MSc, MUIPE, R. Eng.

Eng. Droruga is a Director in charge of water resources services. He is a registered Senior Civil and Water Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the following areas highlighted.

• Preparation of master plans, feasibility studies, preliminary designs and detailed process and facilities designs for water supply intakes, treatment works, pumping works, storage reservoirs, distribution networks and borehole designs for both urban and rural systems.
• Preliminary and detailed process and facilities designs for sewage collection and treatment systems for urban and rural areas and industrial waste water.
• Studies and detailed designs for water supply infrastructure rehabilitation.
• Pre-qualification and tender documentation to the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and World Bank procedures, including evaluation of tenders and construction supervision.
• Environmental impact studies.
• Hydraulics of water catchments areas, computer modelling and prediction of floods.
• Design of impounding structures.

Charles Kyobe Kibirango BSc, MCIG (Can.), AMISK (Kenya), MISU, RSU.

Mr Kibirango is a Director in charge of land surveying and cartographic services. He is a registered Senior Surveyor with over 30 years of professional surveying experience including project management. He has considerable experience in the areas highlighted below.

• Surveying for water supply schemes, irrigation schemes, road and bridge works, and mapping.
• Establishment of ground control and setting out of major roads, dams, water supply schemes, airports, electric power utilities and electric power transmission lines. The latter includes small and micro hydroelectric schemes (dam-sites, catchments areas, power house, head-race and tail-race location), and rural electrification schemes.

Eng. Martin Seremba Kasekende BSc, MBA, MUIPE, R. Eng.

Eng. Martin Seremba Kasekende is a Director in charge of Civil Engineering Services. He is a Senior Civil Engineer and has over 30years experience in the management of large housing projects, road works and water supply. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of National Housing Corporation of Uganda for 20 years during which time he has executed many housing projects. He has a wealth of experience in tender documentation, tender procedures, contract negotiations and award, and supervision.
